# Guilherme Paes — Product Designer

> Product Designer with 9+ years in design and art direction at agencies in Rio de Janeiro, with projects delivered across technology, education, sports and culture. I combine interface design in Figma with front-end development (React, Next.js, TypeScript), which makes handoff and collaboration with engineering teams smoother.

With design experience since 2017, I combine creativity and technology in high-impact visual projects. My expertise includes Art Direction, Motion Design, and responsive Websites, always seeking innovative solutions.

Whether creating a visual identity, animations, or a website, I am here to transform your vision into reality, with results that communicate excellence.
